Zeelandia has operated in the Czech Republic since 1990. During its existence, it has worked its way up among the most important bakery and confectionery tools and goods suppliers on the market. In 1990, it broadened its activities and started focusing on the area of gastronomy, too. In the past, the company was struggling with keeping the level of stock at the desired levels, therefore Zeelandia started its cooperation with Logio, in order to increase the availability of its products for its customers.

Zeelandia does a specific type of business, which we had to keep in mind when analyzing and implementing our VERITICO STOCK software. It is mostly the holidays, when consumers pre-supply their stock; another specific is that autumn and winter months also mean high season. It is the sophisticated calculations of forecast selling which takes the above mentioned specifics into account, it allows the company to transparently manage all the planning processes, from purchasing goods from suppliers to planning the production, inter-warehouse transfers, to the final distribution to customers.

What are the benefits of our solution in numbers? Besides increasing the availability of products by 9%, the stock working capital was decreased by 18% and the turnover time was shortened by 36% to a decent number of 70 days.
