Traficon

Traficon is a purely Czech retailer specializing in tobacco products and printed matter. Traficon reached out to us to help them with improving the efficiency of Supply Chain in their network of more than 130 stores. The main goal was to increase the availability of items with the biggest turnover, and lower the value of the working capital in dead stock.

In the solution-making process, we implemented our VERITICO STOCK system whose main benefit is the optimized stock structure of individual branches. The solution we delivered allows centralized order management, and a sophisticated management of goods transfer in such a way that the goods are available whenever and wherever needed.

The ratio of A-items in total stock amount was increased by 11%; the ratio of D category items in total stock amount was decreased by 13%.
