TERNO is a company with tradition since 1978. It is a Slovak food chain boasting more than 150 stores of various formats – from smaller local stores to larger supermarkets. The chain’s portfolio includes KRAJ, TERNO and Moja Samoška stores. The company is currently investing heavily in the modernization of its entire store network not only in appearance, but also in terms of software and process setup. This is why Logio was invited to join this project.
At TERNO, we implemented our VERITICO STOCK software, which, not long after its launch, improved the availability of goods by more than 2%, while reducing inventory! We saved more than an hour of work for managers in every single store. This is a very positive trend in the turnover of goods (so far it is better by more than 10%). The whole project is a great example of automation that will be felt and appreciated not only by our client, but especially by its end customers.
In addition to saving time, we have increased the availability of goods to the customer and, most importantly, we have avoided downtime in case of wrong orders. We are currently planning to use the full potential of forecasting sales for other processes as well. In the same way, thanks to automation, we have managed to largely reduce write-offs caused by incorrect sales estimates by store managers.
