The Czech company EMOS spol. s.r.o. specializes in selling consumer electronics while also being the exclusive distributor of GP batteries. The company was afflicted with a high administrative burden when planning the sales and ordering for more than 1300 products. The main goal was therefore to create a single platform for managing stock and streamline every operation from forecasting to order creation, across various sales channels.
