CZC.cz, a front Czech internet shop with electronics was facing a big pressure caused by a high demand of goods for immediate pick-up. The goal was to have 80% of the goods available with the delivery time of maximum 2 days, which is a bit of a logistic puzzle for the amount of 40 000 products.

Thanks to our VERITICO STOCK software designed for operation and optimization of stock, we increased the availability of goods while maintaining the same amount of warehouse stock. Our system automatically recommends the key goods for on-line shopping, it suggests an optimal demand forecast of the product, it prioritizes the orders according to the chosen criteria and it compiles an “ideally designed rack”. Last but not least, thanks to the Demand Sensing function, the system reacts to major changes in demands, which is extremely beneficial for introducing new products on the market.

The target availability of products went up by 10%, so the customers have an assurance of their orders being delivered to them as soon as possible. This results in the increase of the profits by 8% in larger equipment and by 3% in accessories.
