Jednota Mikulov, a local retailer, needed to solve issues caused by ineffective Stock Management, which had a major impact on stock availability and depreciations. The employees were continually overwhelmed with administrative work, as they were spending up to 5 hours a day managing the orders.

We implemented our VERITICO STOCK and PRICE software which helped to standardize and automate the shopping process, improve stock structure and consolidate the efficiency of promotions.

The key benefits of this project were improving stock availability for customers from 96% to 98%. The inventory turnover time was decreased by 8% and the time while creating the orders was shortened by 90%. All this led to a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
